Georgia Steinheimer, Program Coordinator and Head Teacher

Georgia Steinheimer is an administrative and teaching assistant for Scientific Adventures for Girls. She is passionate about social justice and completed a BA in Feminist Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is originally from Berkeley, California and is glad to have returned back home to be able to serve the community she grew up in. She learns just as much from her students as they learn from her and is grateful to be a part of breaking down barriers in STEM. Georgia has worked in technical scientific writing and has been a long-time volunteer in community non-profits and programs. In her free time she enjoys being in nature, kickboxing, and doing film photography.
